Two of our girls have just spent a tough weekend in Manchester training with the 2003 age group national academy squad. Maisie Standen and Nicole Fawcett enjoyed an entertaining weekend working hard in and out of the pool including a number of team bonding exercises.
This included an open water rafting event and the the picture of the squad shows the girls just prior to taking to the water. Nicole is on the far left of the back row with Maisie next to her.
